Casa Princesa is the perfect place to spend the holidays between beach and city. It is located on the south riverfront of Tejo, in a pedestrian area at the typical Cacilhas neighbourhood. It is 15 minutes away from the historic center of Lisbon and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica. The apartment is a completely renovated loft, very bright and with cosy decoration. It has one bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A romantic place for couples. For those who prefer to stay away from the kitchen, the surrounding area is composed of several typical seafood restaurants. The connection to the center of Lisbon is by boat, which is 100 meters from the house. This crossing is done in 10 minutes and is a tour where you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of the Tejo estuary.

Great accomodation for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon! The apartment, renovated in 2020, is located in Cacilhas, a lively town on the other side of the river Tagus, known best for its seafood restaurants. Lisbon can be reached by boat (10 minutes, from 1.40 €), running from early morning until 1:20 at night. The boat reaches Cais do Sodré, Lisbon's most famous nightlife spot (the pink street). Cais do Sodré is also a metro station (green line) from where you can start your tours in the city.
