Na spratu su 3 spavaće sobe, dve za po 3 osobe i jedna za dve osobe, 2 kupatila, terasa i predsoblje. Dostupna je Total tv i internet. Na imanju su i bazen i đakuzi sa velikim prostorom za sunčanje, kao i za sedenje i šank. Tu je i deo sa životnjama (3 ponija i magare), koji su dostupni za družrenje.
