Come and visit Country Charm! This is a gorgeous 3088 square foot home that is still in the city but on the edge of town with beautiful country views and a peaceful relaxing setting to enjoy. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 14 people yet is affordable for smaller groups as well. The home is wonderful to entertain with a large & luxurious family room and a 55" Smart TV & DVD player. The game room is amazing and has a pool table and ping table for hours of enjoyment.

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

River Bluff Hideaway

River Bluff Hideaway is a brand new construction located on a private lane overlooking the Piney River in the Ozarks. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch and take in the stunning river views or explore the nearby hiking trails, River Bluff Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

WPH Cabin

Our primitive cabin sets at the edge of pristine Little Pine Creek which is fed by the largest spring in Howell County. The sounds of bubbling water, birds singing, and an occasional UAC (Unidentified Animal Call) are all you'll hear in this utterly private setting in the woods. In case you're not sure of the meaning of "primitive", that means no electricity, no plumbing. A fire pit, propane burners, wood stove (wood provided), and outhouse complete your old-fashion camping adventure!

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.
