Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Lake George -a 90-acre all sports lake - amazing fishing, boating, and swimming at our mini sandy beach (or ice fishing in the winter). Public boat launch is on the other side of the lake. We have a boat dock, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, lily pad and water toys; gas grill and Fire pit (we provide wood) Free WiFi 55" + 65" tvs games/toys for kids -for a rainy Day

The Cozy Den is the perfect place to enjoy a more peaceful, relaxing time. With it's unique log cabin design you'll feel like you've just transported yourself and your family to the good old days. Enjoy the lake located across the gravel drive from the cabin. Kids can play at the waters edge(“beach”area is tiny but keeps kids busy for hours) spot to put in rafts, kayaks & the paddle board) Plenty of bass to catch from shore too. Enjoy nighttime Bon fires and board games at night to wind down.

Tranquility Cove, Fun All Year!

Our slice of Heaven to share with you! Located on 864 acre Secord Lake. Northern Michigan’s finest. The current lake levels are low but still have a sandy area and great fishing. We provide some fun water items to still take advantage of the water. Some owners still use their boats at low speeds but it’ not recommended. Swimming and non motorized activities are enjoyable. We provide a paddle boat, kayaks and a few life jackets. Don’t forget Ice fishing. Trails near by for ATV lovers.

The Riverside on Lakeshore Drive

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Saint Helen. Sit on the front deck and watch the cars go by as your pet runs free in the fully fenced yard. Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. After being outside all day, choose to stay home at the fully-stocked cottage to cook meals and enjoy the plethora of games and yard space. There are lots of hiking trails and we are super close to town, too! Fully renovated cottage with all the conveniences you'll need!
