First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

Traditional looking cottage from the outside and a clean modern interior and just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes to the beach. Off and on road parking. Dog friendly home. Enclosed back garden, with outdoor eating area. Situated 5 minutes away from local restaurants, pubs and shops. On rainy days we have netflix and disney plus on the tv and multiple boardgames for family fun.

Our home is a three bedroom semi detached property with rear garden and patio area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms available to tenants, one with a double bed the other has bunk beds, and a bathroom with bath separate shower, and WC. Our bedroom is locked with our personal stuff in. The living space on the ground floor has a lounge with 3 seater settee and chair, TV . The dining room has table and 6 chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen.

Burry Port is the next village with harbour views and coastal walks.
