The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

We are walking distance from Bowral centre and a 10-15 minute drive to all the wineries the Southern Highlands has to offer. We are here to make your weekend one to remember, indulge in our cosy cottage, sit back and watch TV and have a glass of wine from your complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

Black Barn Bowral is a fully renovated barn with private entrance and sweeping views over the Southern Highlands. It is located next to the historic Alderley Edge and only a 3-minute drive to Bowral. The property has been lovingly restored by Collette Dinnigan and features unique pieces throughout each corner of the barn from her travels around the world. We are pleased to announce offering our guests complimentary EV charging while 'in-residence'.

Down a lovely tree lined drive, sitting on one acre, a beautiful loft apartment awaits you. Fully self contained with its own entrance, this space has the feel of an art gallery. As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years. Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets. 2km to the cafes and shops of Bowral. Bed configuration other than King by request.

The Potting Shed at Bunya House is a purpose built guest accommodation with every amenity covered to make your stay in Bowral an enjoyable one. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
