Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Our spacious tranquil top floor studio is newly renovated and thoughtfully designed. A large space with a luxurious queen bed, sitting and dining areas, as well as a quiet work space. Whether you are here for a weekend getaway, to attend a college event, or in town for work you will find our space fits all your needs. We are perfectly located on the edge of downtown, within minutes walking to Church St, the scenic waterfront, colleges and the hospital. (Note: there is not a full kitchen)

Relax in "Findaway" cottage. Centrally located between Burlington and Montpelier and directly adjacent to Sleepy Hollow cross country ski and bike area, Birds of Vermont museum and the Vermont Audubon Center. Settle in and relax, hike right out the door, or sip a drink on the deck overlooking a beaver pond where you may see beaver, otters, deer, birds or even a moose! Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

La Petite Suite

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
