Im Jahr 2018 haben wir uns in dieses über 100 Jahre alte Steinhaus verliebt u. es in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf unweit von Rovinj und dem Meer entfernt. Es verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit drei Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich stehen unseren Gästen zwei Badezimmer u. eine große Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich zur Verfügung. Der 700m2 große mediterrane Garten verfügt über einen Pool (27m2) u. eine überdachte Sommerküche mit Grillbereich.

Kuća za smještaj 4+1 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20 minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Cijela kuca ima podno grijanje i u zimskim mjesecima je vrlo ugodno boravit u njoj.
