It contains of 3 apartments, each having its own advantages and equip with everything you need for pleasant and cozy stay. Apartment 2 contains spacious living room, balcony, bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. The house is at the very back of the main city square, all the restaurants, bars and cafes. The beach is 1.2 km. walking distance away.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
