River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Unwind in the outdoor two-person cedar sauna, relax in a cedar wood burning hot tub that also doubles as a cold plunge, cook on a Pyro Tower grill and pizza oven combo (Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperonis included), enjoy the tranquil natural stone water feature, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, pollinator garden attracting butterflies/hummingbirds. Black out curtains provide privacy at night.

This property is mid-lake on the "cold,” public side of Lake Anna. Peaceful tranquility during the week with action packed boating and water sports erupting on weekends! One bedroom with king bed. Freedom Cove is a true lakefront escape—floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows frame stunning views of Lake Anna. A spacious boathouse and oversized dock offer the perfect spot to relax by the water. Tucked in a peaceful cove, it’s a serene, stylish retreat designed for comfort . Our home is on the private side of Lake Anna. Guests cannot use the private community boat launch. While public marinas are available nearby, the public side is not connected by water to the house in the private side.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
