Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

A great location for the travelling professional close to all the hospitals and down town. We are right on the Colorado river with private access to the beach all our cottages are self contained and have Wifi and TV. Our laundry room has new machines and book exchange. Hot tub and heated pool are open 6am - 10pm at night. The club room is available for meetings & family gatherings with advance notice. We are located right across from all the casinos in Laughlin NV which is 7 minutes away.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
