Ferienhaus 10km von Carcassonne in Montagne Noire

Das Ferienhaus, das an unser Haus angrenzt, befindet sich in einer grünen Umgebung am Fuße der Montagne Noire, am Rande eines hübschen Katharerdorfes. Neben einem großen, angelegten Garten steht Ihnen ein gesicherter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die 35m2 große Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, der auf eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Grill führt. Das Haus bleibt im Sommer kühl.

Auf 1400 Metern Höhe und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, blumigen Garten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal, den Canigou und den Massiven der Carança. Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.

Vanuit Evol zijn er vele wandelingen te maken, warmwaterbronnen ontdekken of de adembenemende Gorges de la Caransa zijn allemaal in de buurt, het Middeleeuwse Ville franche de Conflent met zijn gezellige boetiekjes en restaurantjes is ook op 15 minuutjes rijden vanuit Evol.

La gargouille des corbières Cuve à vin habitable

La gargouille est un gîte insolite, rénové dans une ancienne petite cave viticole au beau milieu des Corbières à l'extrémité d'un vieux village de 30 habitants; en pleine nature sur 5000 m² de terrain exposé sud donnant sur la garrigue d'où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. La bâtisse est composée d'une ancienne cave viticole et d'une ancienne bergerie habité par les propriétaires. Les deux parties sont complètement indépendantes.
