The house is equipped with all the comforts of home: cable TV, Wi-Fi, laundry, heat/AC, pull out sofa, appliances, fenced yard, rear deck with grill, covered front with ample outdoor seating, & beach chairs, etc. The property is located within walking distance to many local amenities: beach bars/restaurants, parks, & Bennett State Beach.

Our beach house is 'As Close as it Gets'! We are located right across from the beach entrance and in the heart of the strip. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

Enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, BBQ, trampoline, cable tv from all over the world, ppv sporting events & the best streaming service known to man. Just try staying here you won’t want to leave.

Right on the river! Amazing views! Relax on the back porch sofa overlooking the Niagara river or enjoy a dinner with a river sunset. This beautiful white cottage is also right in historic Lewiston so you can walk to all the restaurants, bars or artpark if you plan on going to a concert. You are also right next to the docks where you can fish (Trailer parking is available), launch your boat, go on a river tour or enjoy the waterfront and its park. The Falls or Fort Niagara are 15 mins away.
