This is a small, clean main floor apartment (456 sq. ft.)in a 4-plex. This is an older home near East Center street, a short distance to downtown/Mayo. It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.

The Burton House is a recently renovated, cozy little home just a few blocks from downtown Winona, MN and the mighty Mississippi River. It is walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops. A roomy, but cozy upstairs loft with den, kitchen, bedroom with new queen bed, and full bath. The futon couch in the den can be made into a full size bed. Guest wifi and television with cable included. Shared entrance with homeowner but completely private space with locked door at top of main stairs.
