Our studio-apartment is situated in the center of the city, just 4-6 min walking to the beach and old town. It's about 30m2 plus large terrace. It has sea and entire city view. Nearby are restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a shopping center. Close to the hearth of night life, but enough far from crowd. Apartment is full of daylight, with lot of space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
