Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
