This renovated flat offers the great feel of a turn-of-the-century building, with a high ceiling, tall old doors, and new double-glazed windows, yet a modern layout with all 21st-century features built in. The area is very central and full of restaurants and coffee houses. It is close to the Basilica and only a short walk to the Danube. The Synagogue and the ruin pubs are within 10 minutes.

Be the paparazzi of the Budapest Basilica, in a private house where only few people live constantly. If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. Andrassy boulevard (UNESCO world cultural heritage) is just two corners away and the famous Kiraly street 20 meters from the apartment! The location is quiet, but in walking distance from most city attractions (Opera house, Heroe's square, House of terror, restaurants, pubs). But I also have 3 bicycles you can use freely if you want to cover more ground and cruise the city during your stay :)

The apartment is good for couples, business people and also for families with two children.

The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy Budapest from on one of the largest terrace in the area with flowers and some drinks. The area is central, but quiet and peaceful at night.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)
