This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Private bed & bath, kitchenette, den w/TV, pull out sofa bed,microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig, furnished screened in porch in summer. Private entrance. The space is an in-law suite with its own entrance. We do not come through when you are here, but with permission to go to the laundry in basement.

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
