A canoe and two kayaks are incl. While there's a clean, shallow sandy beach for wading, swimming is not possible off the dock due to weeds.

Sandy Lake is the jewel of the Kawarthas, perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming in the summer, and skating and exploring in the winter.

The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
