For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La casa è singola su tre livelli, circondata da un bellissimo oliveto, ha la vista sulla vallata di Camaiore e su uno scorcio di mare che regala tramonti indimenticabili. Consuma i tuoi pasti sotto la splendida veranda vista mare utilizzando il comodo barbecue o forno a legna adiacenti alla casa. La piscina intex 2x4m ti regalerà bagni rinfrescanti con i tuoi amici e familiari.

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

An old stone house hidden in an olive grove with a sea view, where no car ever passes. Tuscan countryside in every direction — pure peace and quiet. The house is not easily accessible by car, so on the day of arrival and departure we will personally transport your luggage directly to the door. We are also happy to arrange your first grocery shopping in advance, delivered to the house. It is approximately 500 metres on foot from the parking area to the house. The sea is 20 minutes by car.

Neben der Villa befindet sich der neue Swimmingpool, der in diesem Jahr gebaut wurde, mit einer Wasserfall-Hydromassage erwartet Sie, um die berauschenden Düfte der toskanischen Landschaft zu genießen.

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

BorgoMetato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
