Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and large deck.
