For your use is a gorgeous closet with crystal chandelier and an additional space (10x5 ft) with a twin bed, small table & barstool. The house sleeps 3 easily, 4 pretty comfortably (using couch). FYI: We have sweet pups on property.

Enjoy a relaxing stay. Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! Welcome to The Cottage! This one room guest suite is located behind "The Garden House near TAMU,” and we are delighted to share it with you! The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Fish in the nearby pond or just hang out on the spacious grounds. This is similar to a studio apartment. There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.

Just 10 min to TAMU, enjoy peaceful neighborhood and a private tiny home with a sleep number bed, full kitchen, ample room to relax both inside and out. 3rd person would be on a couch (it does fold out, not super comfy) Home is adjacent to our residence. We are long time Aggies. Close to shopping and dinning out.
