Nichée au bout d'un petit clos de Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, agréable maison de type cottage avec jardin offrant tout le confort souhaité. La maison est composée d'un sejour, une cuisine toute équipee, 1 toilette, 2 chambres et 1 salle de d'eau ( douche, lavabo, toilette) a l'étage. Facilités de parking a côté de la maison. Localisation idéalle : proximité des transports en communs de l'Avenue de Tervuren ( tram 39 et 44 ). Située à 5 min. en voiture de la Place Dumon et du Parc du Cinquantenaire!

Hostel Private bedroom with 2 twin beds. Common bathroom (with 2 showers), 2 toilets & a fully equipped common kitchen to share with all my potential guests. Towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi access. Located at 2 minutes walk from the Central Station and the Grand-Place, also near an underground public parking (rate is 28€ for 24 hours ). The room is accessible only by stairs on the 2nd floor. Kindly note that breakfast isn't included. Hope to see you soon in my lovely city! :-)

There is a little lounge with 2 armchairs + projector (Netflix). The connecting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. No: pets, smoking , parties, photo shoots

Recently renovated from scratch in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes walk from media station and 15 minutes walk from the historical center of Brussels all public transportation are very near. We are in a one-way street which makes it very quiet.
