Nice house from 1870 with sunny garden close cente

The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Onze accommodatie omvat een chalet voor 4 personen (1 kingsize bed & 2 eenpersoonsbedden), een familietipi voor 6 personen, een poolhouse, een ruime tuin, een verwarmd privézwembad en een ontspannende jacuzzi. Ons chalet ligt vlak bij het station van Waterloo, de Leeuw van Waterloo, winkelstraten, bars en restaurants. In de winter wordt het poolhouse afgesloten met screens en verwarmd, net als de familietipi. Het is de ideale plek voor koppels, gezinnen en vriendengroepen in zomer en winter!

Avec une capacité d'accueil allant jusqu'à 12 personnes, sa terrasse généreuse, sa piscine chauffée (en été seulement), son bar en annexe indépendante, La Chanterelle est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente en famille ou entre amis. Sa proximité immédiate avec l’autoroute E411 permet l’accès rapide à des attractions touristiques (Walibi, Pairi Daiza).

Accès à la piscine partagée (10h>18h) et chauffée (mai à fin sept : temp. de l’eau 28). Whoopy, notre chienne, est la gardienne du domaine. Elle se balade à son gré dans le jardin. Elle en impose visuellement mais elle est très gentille avec nos voyageurs qui la saluent et l’aiment aussi.

The room consists of a double bed, a convertible double sofa, a TV (apple tv and Netflix), an office/dinning table, a balcony and separate fully furnished kitchen and WC. Moreover, there is a swimming pool (accessible by reservation of 30-minute period) and a sauna. An outdoor tennis court and a Parking space are also available for free. Vous y retrouverez deux salons dont un home cinéma avec écran géant, un piano, une belle cuisine ouverte. Parking gratuit et recharge électrique possible. Je ne loue que pendant mes vacances.
