You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Logement meublé de tourisme. A deux pas de la très animée place de la Victoire, mais au calme. Tout Bordeaux se visite à pied (voire tramway) depuis l'appartement. Grand Théâtre, Cité du Vin, Rue Saint Catherine, Quai des Marques, Quartier Saint Pierre, Stades MATMUT et Chaban Delmas, place Pey Berland, bassins de Lumières, CAPC, Cap Sciences, Darwin, Jardin Botanique... Il y a tant à faire ! A noter : pour les départs samedi ou dimanche, l'heure limite est 19h00.

Ce logement est situé dans un quartier calme et fonctionnel de bordeaux Lac Bruges avec restaurant alimentation et un espace de remise en forme (CALICEO) à proximité. Le tramway se situe à 10 minutes à pied. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité du logement.
