Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

Lakeside Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with central heat and air. It is a cozy comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beauty of lake Brownwood. This retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood populated mostly by retirees. The backyard is a perfect place for a fun day of relaxing and barbecuing. A great place for fishing or swimming. Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.
