NEWLEY REMODELED! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
