Die Hütte befindet sich auf 650 Hektar privatem Wald mit Zugang zum Clarion River und dem North Country Hiking Trail, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Clarion entfernt. Geh ein paar Schritte vor die Tür und wandere auf dem North Country Trail auf sanften Wegen oder streng dich ein wenig mehr an, um die Scenic Loops zu sehen. Als Nächstes kannst du dich an deinem Dock am Clarion River Lake abkühlen. Schwimmen, angeln, Kajak fahren, Boot fahren oder einfach nur in der Sonne entspannen. Beende den Tag mit einem Abendessen auf dem River Overlook Deck, am Lagerfeuer oder in einem feinen lokalen Restaurant.
