Pencil wood farm is an incredibly peaceful four bedroom holiday home surrounded by undisturbed rainforest. Located by the permanently flowing Brogers Creek, you can swim in the creek in summer, and take misty mountain walks in winter. It has breathtaking mountain views enabling you to truly relax and unwind. Walk amongst ferns, say hello to wombats and enjoy this well appointed home with a fresh kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for fireside chats and cooking over the coals.

We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Ten minutes to Kiama and Berry on the NSW South Coast. Just 5 minutes from the beach, you'll feel a million miles from anywhere.

Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. A quiet and peaceful, country styled abode. (Please note this is a stair access only venue) Perfect for a short stay or mountainside holiday, not far from all that the Illawarra has to offer. All the conveniences you need are taken care of, just open the door and fall into a state of relaxation and tranquility, in this charming little stopover. The space is located at the foot of the the escarpment and in front of Bankbook Park, in the peaceful township of Wongawilli.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
