Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. The property has been refurbished in January 2018 with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The hideaway also has a cute courtyard with seating.The hideaway has a great sized living space stylishly decorated to a high standard throughout.
