There is also another home on property that is also airbnb rental and there maybe times its rented at same time. Located conveniently between Jackson hill and Townsend park boat ramps.

Easy access to the boat ramp, only one street over. Driveway is rocked and accessible for two trucks pulling boats. Area for grilling and fire pit under the house in carport area.
