Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage on the Magnetawan River right at the mouth of Georgian Bay. Relax on the huge wrap around deck and fish off the dock in the 40’ water. Watch the sunset from many vantage points in the 8 person hottub. Boat to the west on 175 km River right into Algonquin park or boat to the east 5 km into Georgian Bay and the 30,000 islands. With world class fishing, boating, snowmobiling, ice fishing and hunting, you are able to enjoy these4 season cottages all year!

Island View is cozy 2 bedroom cottage with all the amenities of home. Each bedroom has a double bed. The sunroom has a double day bed. We recently added a screen room. Enjoy your day on the private dock or lounge on the shared beach. The views of the lake are stunning and the sunsets are amazing! We are just 20 minutes north of Parry Sound so you can take a trip into town to shop, dine or walk along the waterside trail. You can also spend a day at the nearby Kill Bear Provincial Park.

There is fantastic fishing on the lake and plenty of dock space for a boat. This cozy cottage is easily accessed through a water taxi which takes minutes.

Britt is the Hidden Gem of Georgian Bay, easily accessible but not commercialized. A small community of 300 odd friendly folks, it's rustic and serene. In summers, watch beavers, ducks and loons, swim in Silent River, or sit on the swing and enjoy the breeze. Visit the local Ice Cream parlor or rent a canoe and make your way to Georgian Bay. In winters, go ice fishing in the beautiful Magnetawan teeming with Bass, Pike, Perch, Walleye, Catfish, Smelt, Speckle Trout, etc.

Boat rental is available, park at the local trailer park's marina across the bay to launch your own means of transportation or have our staff bring you to your island!
