Enjoy Bristol's working harbor area while staying in the second floor guest suite of our historic, recently-renovated 1807 home. Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. (Situated halfway between Providence and Newport — a perfect location!) *Note: Our lovely main floor/front staircase can be rented for wedding and other photography sessions.

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

The Golden Dream Suite.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
