Welcome to the newest and nicest remodel of Red Pine. This unit was fully remodeled and completed in Summer of 2017. This unit offers quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, a large central island, open floor plan, upgraded appliances, HD TV's, and a true 1.5 bath for your convenience. The newly open floor plan is great for socializing and dining. Unit includes a private patio that includes a table for 4 and new Weber grill. This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

The ultimate ski in/ski out condo! In 1min you can walk from your 1st floor Grand Summit Resort condo door outside to the Orange Bubble ski lift at PC Canyons Resort. This is a 1 bdrm king SUITE with a patio and expansive mountain views that sleeps 4. **PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SEPARATE $207 cleaning fee that will be charged at and by the resort at time of checkout. The amenities of Canyons Village are literally at your doorstep. Free underground parking.
