Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. 'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Nestled amongst 3 acres of stunning native gardens, towering majestic eucalypts and a pristine Alpine stream running through the property. There is a seasonal heated swimming pool, BBQ area, fire pit and playground Nest Swing. Cottage has air conditioning, floor heating and a private verandah. Approx 40mins to Falls Creek, 35mins to Bright. Perfect getaway for any time of the year.

We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

A two-level studio cottage in a gorgeous, cool climate garden: a perfect getaway for two. Beautifully refurbished. The cottage is self-contained and includes a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue overlooking our Open Gardens Victoria-listed garden. Downstairs is a sitting room, opening to a garden terrace, a separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Beechworth, a historic, 19C, gold-era town, is 4km away.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
