Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Die Terrasse mit ihrem großzügigen Seeblick ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. In dem kleinen Seitengässchen direkt am Comer See liegt das Haus zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Brienno ist von Jahrhunderte alten Katakomben und Gassen geprägt, die es gilt zu erkunden. Abseits vom Durchgangsverkehr finden Sie im Ort ein Lido, eine kleine Bar, eine typisch italienische Pizzeria, einen kleinen Hafen und eine Kirche. Brienno ist ein optimaler Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.

La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Parcheggio pubblico gratuito vicino a casa. Possibilità parcheggio privato a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno, 50 euro a settimana ).
