Moderne und ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Garten und Schwimmbad, umgeben von Natur, nur 7 Minuten vom nächsten Strand. Gut erzogene Hunde sind herzlich willkommen im Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück ist komplett hundesicher eingezäunt. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Garten in einer grünen Umgebung des kleines Dorfes Brgod und in der Nähe von Labin und Rabac in Istrien, ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Strand entfernt. Das kleine Fischerdorf Trget in 7 Autominuten Entfernung vom Ferienhaus, hat gemütliche Kiesstrände und auch einen Hundestrand. Trget hat zwei Restaurants/ Bars und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Strände in Rabac, von kristallklarem Wasser umgeben, sind als die schönsten der Halbinsel Istrien bekannt. Die Strände von Rabac sind 17 Autominuten und 12 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt über die Straße Salakovci, Klanjac und die Altstadt von Labin. Die charmante mittelalterliche Altstadt Labin ist bekannt für ihre Cafés, die guten Restaurants mit Fisch- und Meeresfrüchtespeisen als auch für ihr reiches Kulturleben inklusive Konzerten und Festivals mit Jazz- oder klassischer Musik, die den Sommer hindurch stattfinden. Vier große Supermärkte sind in Labin und es gibt mehrere kleine Geschäfte. Im Haus gibt es Sie drei Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern, eine offene Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Von der schönen, überdachten Terrasse blicken Sie auf den Pool, auf die mediterranen Gewächse im Garten. Alles ist all inclusive. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen oder versteckten Kosten. Das bedeutet, dass neben den Strom- und Heizkosten, die Bettwäsche, die Endreinigung und die Kurtaxe im Buchungspreis enthalten sind. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher usw. sind vorhanden. Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.
