You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Bedding, towels and essentials provided.

Close to School House pond, bike path, and 3 miles from beaches, shopping, and downtown.

Our private beach is a few steps away and is available for your enjoyment.

Shopping on Main Street in Chatham is 15 minutes. Enjoy a nice, tranquil walk, listen to the birds or feast your eyes on the surrounding conservation land.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Sandwich, Upstairs on Main is the perfect place to stay for a vacation in the quaint seaside town of Sandwich. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

This newly renovated, tastefully decorated 2nd floor suite is equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. During warmer months, a grill, fire-pit, ping pong table and bikes are available upon request. Located 1/4 mile off historic Rt 6A on Beach Street. Walking distance to Dennis Village Shops and top-rated restaurants. The house is 1 mile to beautiful Mayflower Beach.

The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
