A full kitchen with all utensils, plenty of hot water, electric blankets & heating, all linen, washing machine, DVD-player, outdoor BBQ & pit fire are provided. We are located on the river, 2 mins to IGA supermarket, pub & pizza, 10mins drive or ride the MTB link trail to Derby. Min night stay is 3 nights over the peak season Dec18 -Jan 18
