Situated in Braunton, a few minutes drive from the popular surfing beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, Mims’ Cottage is a delightful Victorian cottage and outhouse, lovingly restored and fully kitted out for families. Sleeping up to 8, this 3 bedroom cottage boasts a small 2 storey outhouse complete with additional kingsize loft bedroom and games room, including ping pong and darts. A few moments walk from Braunton village centre, it's an ideal holiday location.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
