Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

West Quay House offers stunning uninterrupted views across the ever changing seascape of the rivers Taw and Torridge estuary as they meet the Atlantic. The view is dynamic as the tide rises and falls bringing the sea to within 2m of the house at high tide and revealing the estuary rocks and sands at low tide.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
