Spacious and modern new apartment. It is located just a few minutes from Vienna Gate complex opposite of Petrzalka Railway station with a direct connection to Vienna. The apartment offers two balconies,one from bedroom and another one from the kitchen area. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed where additional 2 people can sleep. Apartment offers open living room with Tv, free high speed internet and Netflix, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with large tub and washing machine.

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! The Bratislava city center can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. Even closer are the surrounding forests, the cycle path connecting Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria (Eurovelo 6), the Petržalka racecourse, and Lake Veľký Draždiak. The apartment includes exercise equipment (wall bars and a pull-up bar) and 2 balconies (facing north and south) with seating areas.
