Walkable to several restaurants & bars/pubs, Conestoga College, groceries & downtown. Guests have entire suite to themselves with a separate private entrance and outdoor patio space. Pet friendly with large green space (soccer/baseball/kids creative) across the road.

The space features an open-concept layout, a uniform colour scheme that blends with the flooring, and tasteful furnishings and decor. The amply-sized kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. There are two washrooms and a free washer/dryer combo tucked away in laundry closet. The heated saltwater pool is fairly private measuring about 30ft X 16ft. Access to the pool comes with your booking. However, we need advance notice if you need the heater turned on and for how long.

Adjust the temperature to your desired setting. No driveway parking, free parking is on Oakville street only (Oakville is perpendicular to Graystone and is a 30 second walk from the house). The entrance is shared with others but the Basement Apartment is private. Free use of the laundry facilities onsite.
