Countryside Annexe

Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach. We live on a popular cycle route 2, The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs and/or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room/lounge area/kitchenette/withkettle/toaster/hob/microwave/mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues. Not suitable for infants/young chlldren.

Situated in the quite village of Bransgore on the edge of the New Forest this cosy one bedroom annex is ideally located to explore the new forest and surrounding areas, As well as being fully equipped the property also has a private court yard garden fully fenced so it is dog friendly. The village has a good variety of shops and 3 pubs all within walking distance that all serve good food. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

The Hut - A perfect glamping experience

The self contained Shepherds Hut accommodates 1/2 guests with 1 small double bed, separate shower (nearby block) and is pet friendly (1 dog). With power and water, the hut provides the ultimate glamping experience. Idyllic, rural location within close proximity of local shops, takeaways & amenities, on the doorstep of The New Forest. Local beaches & mainline railway connections within 10 min drive. Market towns of Lymington, Christchurch & New Milton nearby. 25 min drive of Bournemouth.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.
