This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

Our spacious bungalow is set within a wonderful quiet location of Brancaster. The village needs no introduction, beautiful beaches,pubs,sailing,boutique shops. Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

St Anne’s is a quirky, characterful coastal bungalow in Brancaster Staithe, sleeping up to 10 across the main house and a self-contained annex ideal for groups wanting space to gather but also retreat. Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.
