The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A clean, welcoming coach house ideal for friends or family staying together. Practical and easy from the moment you arrive. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves for a private stay. Downstairs is a comfortable double bedroom. Upstairs are two separate single beds, flexible sleeping for friends family or colleagues and the living area with WiFi and Netflix. The bathroom is also upstairs. One dedicated off-street parking space is directly outside for easy arrival and unloading.

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

This impressive, newly renovated Victorian flat has a large living/dining room and a spacious double bedroom with modern en suite. Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. 3 minutes drive to country pubs.
