Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Brading is one of the Isle of Wight’s oldest towns, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our cottage, Brading House dates back to the 1600’s, spending much of its life as a Drapery and Millinery. The cottage is on the doorstep to the renowned Brading Downs and 1.5km to the glorious sandy beach at Yaverland. Grade II listed Brading station is a short walk providing frequent rail travel around the island and back to the mainland. *ferry discount and booking available

Wake up to the sound of bird song at the Barn. The Barn is a detached building with a studio apartment on the first floor. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with fridge and combi oven. Downstairs is a garage space with table tennis. The garden has direct access over the gate into common land and woodland connecting to the footpath network. The Barn is set in the grounds of my cottage and shares a drive and parking area.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
