Bourbon distilleries, breweries, shops, art galleries, and restaurants are close by! PLEASE NOTE: Access to the loft and to the primary bedroom includes staircases and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Enjoy local restaurants, the Saturday morning Farmers Market, and the amazing shops on Main Street. The Cottage is fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. All beds are memory foam mattresses, and all linens are 100% cotton with hypoallergenic fiber filled pillows and comforters. The front porch & deck offer outdoor space to sit a while!

Grant Place is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located on a quiet street within walking distance to Centre College, Norton Center, Ephraim McDowell Hospital and Main Street. Located 4 miles to Wilderness Trail Distillery and 14 miles to Shaker Village. Grant Place is spacious and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. The home features one king bed and one queen bed. We do provide a pack and play if you are traveling with a small child. Enjoy relaxing on our large covered front porch.

2 Bedroom Home in Junction City

This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more.
