If want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

We love living here and we're sure you will love staying in our comfortable guest suite with private entrance. Just a short walk from lake Windermere and the centre of Bowness with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. Your suite is separate from the rest of the house and offers a delightful bedroom with comfy king size bed, French doors leading out to a small raised patio and a private, modern bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen, but we do provide a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Lakeland cottage in Dockray by Ullswater & Keswick

Knotts View is located in the centre of Dockray village, in the quieter rural Matterdale valley, high above Ullswater. The local pub is just across the road with it's large garden. Footpaths head off in all directions, offering both high & low level walking.
