Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Unser Gästehaus (bnb Wuytens) ist eine luxuriöse Unterkunft mit Zugang zu einem beheizten Außenpool und einer Sauna. Das Gästehaus befindet sich in unserem Garten und ist komplett privat. Der Garten und der Swimmingpool werden mit den Bewohnern geteilt. Es ist geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist zentral zwischen Leuven und Tienen (beide leicht mit Zug, Bus oder Fahrrad erreichbar) in einer grünen Umgebung für Wanderer, Radfahrer.

Just outside the park you can rent horses or rent a stable for your private horse.
